Winter Instructional Classes

Our winter instructional classes aim to develop confident and fundamental baseball players, regardless of age. These four-week, high tempo classes will focus on developing good fundamentals and in turn build confidence. If your son doesn’t pitch you can enroll in session one for fielding, the sessions 2 for hitting. This program is custom to your schedule and your child’s needs.

Each session includes four 1-hour classes in hitting, fielding or pitching.

Session One: Tuesday, November 27 – Thursday, December 20
Session Two: Monday, January 7 – Thursday, January 31
Session Three: Monday, February 4 – Thursday, February 28
Session Four: Monday, March 4 – Thursday, March 28
Session Five: Monday, April 1 – Thursday, April 25

Fielding Classes

Fielding classes will be led by Austin Stout, who played for the Indiana Prospects then moved on to play at Northern Illinois. Austin will break down fielding to the very basics of their feet, body position, fielding the ball and then throwing.

Hitting Classes

Hitting Classes will be led by Danny Collier, who won a state championship at New Pal High School and moved onto play at University of Indianapolis. He has been an instructor at FSA for 3 years and works with kids of all ages.

Pitching Classes

Pitching Classes will be lead by our professional pitching instructor Christian Montgomery. Christian knows what it takes to get kids of all ages to get to the next level. The focus of this class will be building proper mechanics that will help you son throw harder and throw more strikes.

Catching Classes

We are excited to host Aaron Wells Catching School again at FSA! Aaron caught his whole career, starting at a young age then moving on to catch at Manchester University.
