Performance Boot Camp
The Performance Boot Camp is designed to help you reach and maintain your fitness goals. Weather your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation, or to simply get a great workout our coaches cater to the needs of men and women or all ages and fitness levels. We take your goals, lifestyle, and physical condition into consideration, giving you the support, guidance, accountability, and motivation to keep you on track. Sessions are high intensity, low impact workouts designed to build strength and increase endurance leading to you looking better, feeling better, and performing better. Workouts may consist of barbells, kettle bells, dumb bells, battling ropes, medicine balls, sled pushes, core work, and much more. Our experienced trainers vary the routine every day so your workout will never be the same. We pay attention to detail to make sure you you are performing exercises with proper technique.
