Led by Speed and Performance Enhancement Specialist Brian Griffitts, FSA’s Sports Performance program offers strength and speed training, and corrective exercise. FSA offers training for athletes of all levels in multiple sports.

Our Instructors

Brian Griffits

A native of Jacksonville, Illinois, Brian has lived in the Indianapolis area for for the past 18 years.  Specializing in SPEED and corrective exercise to maximize an athletes performance potential and injury prevention, Brian has trained athletes of all ages in multiple sports.  With a background in exercise science, Brian is continually studying the latest research and training techniques in the human performance industry helping athletes reach their potential.

Recent training highlights include some NFL players and hopefuls, like Wendall Williams, who ran a record-breaking 4.19  40-yard dash and 45″ vertical  at the Minneapolis NFL Regional Combine in 2016. That same year, former Indiana Mr. Football Tre Roberson lead the draft class with a 1.47 10-split. The 2017 Draft Class was highlighted by two local athletes, Mitchell Paige (Guerin Catholic, Indiana University) and Anthony Warrum (Heritage Christian, Illinois State University), both of whom were top five in the nation in the L-Cone drill posting times in the 6.6s. Brian is also proud of our 2015 class of James O’Shaughnessy, drafted in the 5th round by the Kansas City Cheifs and recently landed with the Jaguars, as well as, Cameron Meredith, who was the leading receiver for the Bears 2016 season.Brian has a background in Exercise Science and is continually studying the human performance industry, keeping up with the latest research and training techniques. Brian continues to help athletes improve and reach their full potential, as they strive to become a better athlete and leader.
