Fishers Sports Academy offers Sports Performance classes for 4th grade through High School and College athletes.  Classes include Linear speed, acceleration, and running mechanics.  Lateral speed, quickness, reaction, and change of direction mechanics.  Classes include age appropriate strength and power training.  Training the hips, shoulders, and abs are all considered core training and included in all of the workouts.  We will work on corrective exercises to help reduce the risk of injury and maximize potential for performance.  It is recommended to set up a Functional Movement Screen with Brian and get set up with a homework program to help maximize your results training with us.  You can read more about it under the FMS section.

Classes are set up combining 4th, 5th, and 6th grades in a group.  7th, 8th, and High School in a group.  Classes are limited to 10 athletes per trainer to insure individualized instruction in group atmosphere. The schedule is below.
